Spring Cleaning
This service is designed for busy people who just don’t have enough dedicated time spare to give their home a thorough “top-to-toe” clean. If your home hasn’t been cleaned or maintained for a long period, customers may choose this service to bring everything up to standard, before commencing a regular service which is then much easier and cheaper to maintain.
Spring Cleaning
This can vary from customer to customer depending on your priorities, but generally most common surfaces are the same.
To give you a guide this service can include all the details, such as; removing marks on walls, finger marks on kitchen cupboard doors and around light switches, high dusting, light fittings, ceiling fans, venetian blinds or shutters, grooves in doors and cornices, polish tap fittings, sweep & mop balconies or veranda's, remove spider webs, garage, sweep general pathways. These little things in addition to squeegee washing windows inside and out, mould & soap scum from bathroom tiles/grouting/shower screen, toilet areas including bowel inside and out, kitchen cook top/grille/oven, inside kitchen pantry cupboards, fridge, finally a good thorough vacuum and mop of all floors.
As with most of our detailed services we generally use a methodical approach starting from the high areas and working down to finally the floors on completion. We find this method the best because of the level of detail you can easily get lost and side tracked in some larger properties.
Carpet Steam Cleaning & Upholstery Cleaning is also an option.

This service is designed specifically for customers who may be preparing their properties for sale/rental or have already sold and moving out. In addition we also do a thorough hygiene clean to newly purchased properties before new owners move in.

Hygiene is very important to all of us and often not visible to the naked eye. Again this can be a top-to-toe thorough clean, or focused on your priority areas... such as; bathrooms, toilets, kitchen areas including oven/cook top and grille, inside cupboards and drawers, door handles, thorough vacuum & mop floor surfaces, carpet steam cleaning before moving in furniture.
Renting-out
The quickest way to rent your property at a premium and attract good tenants is to present it at its best! Property owners generally want to set the standard for new tenants before they move in. If you leave your property in bad condition you can be assured that your renting tenants will leave it in the same condition when moving out and won't have the same respect for your property when living there. This service is based on the Bond Inspection Clean. Carpet Steam Cleaning is generally required for this service as tenants will also be required to carpet clean before moving out.

Most customers will choose this service to more or less do the right thing for new owners. Once all the furniture is moved out and cupboards and drawers emptied, you will uncover dust and marks you have never seen before. Of course, moving out is a big job in itself so the last thing you will probably feel like doing – is the cleaning.
This service is again very similar to the Bond Inspection Clean although not necessarily as much detail.
Window cleaning
Cleaning your windows will make a big impact when Spring Cleaning or Selling your property. This is a separate service and as you can imagine, is often a job in itself.
For a general service, glass panels are washed inside and out with a washer and squeegee. A more detailed service can include tracks & window sills, fly screens washed and security grills cleaned. Professional equipment is supplied and hard to reach areas should be advised.
Blind and Shutter Cleaning
Cleaning Blinds and Shutters is often done in conjunction with Window Cleaning or Spring Cleaning. As you are probably aware, cleaning Blinds and Shutters can be a job in itself as there really is no quick way to clean these effectively.
There are two methods used in cleaning these depending on the condition and style. Each blind or shutter is generally cleaned gently using a mild detergent and dried thoroughly by hand. Cleaning your blinds regularly is a good idea to avoid dirt and bacteria build-up. Hard to reach areas should be advised in advance.
